Cueva del Chamán Syrah Merlot

A young, clean and bright wine with a light salmon pink colour.

On the nose, it has medium-high intensity, with marked red fruit, hints of strawberry yoghurt and notes of strawberry and raspberry jelly beans. On the palate, it is sweet on entry, fresh and balanced, with medium persistence and a clear fruity character.

Ideal with rice dishes, paellas and seafood. Best consumed within two years of harvest, at a temperature of 8 °C.
