Our vineyards are characterized by limestone soils and poor in organic matter, marked by an altitude of between 850 and 1050 meters from sea level.

The average annual rainfall is between 300 and 400 mm, concentrating these rains in the autumn and spring seasons. The climate is very rigorous, dry and continental, with very cold winters, with very hot summers during the day and cool at night. These conditions lengthen the maturation process.

This contrast in temperature between day and night in August makes our Garnacha Tintorera concentrate tannins and color in the last stages of maturation.
