Bodega Santa Cruz de Alpera has an organizational structure headed by the Governing Council, which is empowered by the General Assembly to make the main decisions together with four well-differentiated departments: administration, production-winning, plant health and commercial. These departments are complemented by the technical and commercial teams.

José Joaquín has been a partner of Bodega Santa Cruz de Alpera since 2007 and has been on the Consejo Rector for 9 years. In addition, he has been linked to agriculture since childhood.
