Cueva del Chamán White Verdejo

Wine made from the native Verdejo grape variety (100%), in organic production. It has a clean and brilliant pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. It has an aroma of medium-high intensity, with clear tropical hints such as pineapple and mango, while we find notes of green apple with an aniseed-flavoured background.

In the mouth it is sweet, fresh and balanced. It has a medium persistence and is easy to drink with an accentuated fruit character. It has a subtle final bitterness typical of the verdejo variety. Ideal to accompany rice, seafood and low-fat fish.

We recommend consuming it in the two years following its harvest, with an ideal temperature of 8ºC.
