Wine made from Garnacha Tintorera grape variety (100%). Vinification was carried out in the traditional way, with destemming of the grapes, in stainless steel tanks with nitrogen air injection.
Fermentation temperature was around 28ºC, with a contact time between skins and must of 10 days. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in a selection of 500-liter American oak barrels of very fine grain. To remain in them a minimum time of 8 months. Finishing the process with a slight clarification and cold stabilization.
This wine is ideal to accompany beef, game and strong cured cheeses. The proteins of the meat and the tannins of the wine achieve a perfect synergy in the mouth.
