This oaked red wine has been made with Syrah (100%). It has medium intensity and it shows berries, mainly blackberries and some slate notes. It has a smoky backgroung deep toasted which comes from the oak casks.
The vinification was made on the traditional way with the destemmed of the grape and the fermentation was made in horizontals rotating tasks. The fermentation temperatura was around 30 ºC and the time of the contact between the skins and the must of 12 days.
We recommend drinking this wine within 5 years after his elaboration. It´s ideal to drink with beef and cured cheese. It´s ideal serving temperature in 15ºC.
