Santa Cruz de Alpera Pure Sauvignon Blanc

Wine made from the native Sauvignon Blanc grape variety (100%).

It is sweet, fresh and balanced on the palate. It has a medium persistence and is easy to drink with an accentuated fruity character.

Ideal to accompany rice dishes, seafood and lightly fatty fish. We recommend drinking it at an ideal temperature of 8ºC.
