The fermentation is stopped halfway through by cold to obtain a must-wine with only 7% Alcohol Vol., a natural sweetness and a characteristic itching due to its high content of carbon dioxide.
We get a clean and bright partially fermented must. It is pale yellow with green reflections. The aromas are harmonious with tropical and citrus notes on the palate, and it is fresh, sweet and funny as its bubbles make this drink ideal for summer refreshment. Best Serve very cold.
