Wine made from Monastrell grape variety (100%). The wine was put into 300-liter French oak barrels after malolactic fermentation, to remain in them for a minimum of 6 months.

On the nose we find Monastrell fruit, with a subtle aroma of candied fruit, mixed with a smoky and soft roasted background coming from the light toasting of the French oak barrels. The palate is balanced, fresh, lively and flavorful with adequate acidity and noble ripe fruit tannins.

It is ideal to drink with stews and casseroles, as well as with salads with a light dressing, jellied meats, pasta with mushrooms… and as always, with charcuterie and a good cured cheese. We recommend making it within five years of harvesting with an optimum serving temperature of 15ºC.
